View Full Version : New HDD have install on VIX Image cant see in Devices manager help please

Hi
I have just install hdd 2Tb Samsung HD204UI/Z4, SpinPoint EcoGreen F4EG SATA 3Gb/s, 32MB Cache, 8.9 ms cant see in Device Manager ?
in menu setup system Harddish i can see hdd ..
why u cant see in device manager ?

Have you checked if its compatiable? Also known issue with large hdd's, the highest currently is 1.5

Have you initialized it first? Menu > Setup > System > Harddisk > Initialize.

If you current image wont initialize the drive, flash with official image to initialize. Then flashback your preferred image.

It is recommended that picons are loaded on to a usb stick
If you want to have them on HDD then you can send them via ftp or you can use the plugin downloaded straight from the server.
