Technomate 5402 HD - Red flashing light - Not powering on?

Hi,

I have a Technomate 5402 HD which froze on me, I powered it off then back on again.

Now it does not power on and all I get a flashing red light on the front panel display.

Has anyone seen this before or know how I can fix this problem?

Try a factory reset. Power off > Hold down Menu button > Whilst holding down menu button power back on to access the engineers menu > Using front panel buttons select factory reset.
