blade media connection problem cccam

Hi everyone.
Sorry if this has been answered before, I have searched high and low for a solution but I am a bit stuck.

I have flashed the blade with the latest firmware.
I have got 4 lines of cccam info, I have added all 4.
3 of them connect. One of them does not.
I cant get any sly channels.
I am using a bog standard o2 router. the blade is connected directly to it and has an ip via dhcp. My firewall is off.

The provider is not interested in helping as I have a blade and not a dreambox.

Can anyone confirm if it is the 4th connection that needs to be connected before this will work? I have rebooted the box, switched around the info into different connections etc...

Can anyone recommend a provider that I can test my box with?

Hi mate

It seems like its ur providor, thats about all we can sayhere because if you read the rules no c/s talk is allowed here, but basically go back to him and tell him to sort itcuz if 3 out of 4 are working then itisnt a problem with blade box or your router
