I think I have just bricked my Vu+ Duo

All I get is a blank screen

How do I get it back?

reload the latest VIX image, do a full update, you should then be ok

its actually very difficult to kill the VU

Can you press menu on ur remote ang get anything? U tried rebooting

I have tried reflashing the box but get nothing but a black screen

Are you sure your HDMI cable is properly connected to the TV?
Do you get the "Starting......" on the Vu display when you boot?

I get the starting on the display but nothing on the TV

I am connected via YPbPr as My TV dont have a HDMI port

I was trying to get my cams to work as some of my channels had stopped clearing and then everything went off

If you have a HDD connected, disconnect it. Disconnect everything apart from the feed to your TV. Then re-flash and see if you get a signal from scart.

My HDD Is internal. I will try removing everything except scart lead and let you know how I get on

Panic over

I removed all my attachments cables (HDD, HDM,YPbPr, Ethernet, USB etc) I reflash my box with just Scart attached.

bingo

Now to reload my settings
