externall hdd not recongnised on vu+ duo

Hi
I have a usb stick 4gb and also 700gb hdd externall seagate which has all my divx movies on them . When i connect to usb and then go on media player it does not pick up my hdd. why is this. HDD is in Fat32 format. I am using vix2.0 images with latest updates

you need to press blue button

go to VIX

device manager and pres green

and mount it to

media/usb
