All,

I installed the plugin and restarted the unit.

I ve notice the following . .

OK button doesnt show the info bar anymore.
Rewind button doesnt do anything.
If I press pause it pauses at the start of the recording.
I have the TIMESHIFT-SAVE ACTION on ZAP but no menu appears when I change channel.
I also tested record and stop but nothing gets saved either.

Are there any details how this thing works.

Also can it be uninstalled with out re-flashing.

I'm going to have a proper play with it one evening this week. It can be disabled. To un install just go to plugins > remove plugins.

Can also be removed via telnet: -


ipkg remove enigma2-plugin-extensions-permanenttimeshift

It was in the remove plugins.

I restarted machine and and the OK button worked again.

I will reflash over the weekend so will get some good plugin testing done before I do it.

I think it does work ok once you work out how to use it, but there are a few issues with the plugin and its still in development.
