sky uk card in a tm800hd

Hi today ive been trying to get my original sky card to work in my tm800 ive edited the cfg to include the boxkey etc but all i get is card reader /dev/sci0
no or unknown card inserted i know the card is fine as it works in the original reciver, i have also taken a look inside to make sure that there are no loose connections and all seems fine has anyone got any idea`s how i can get it to read the card thanks

Set this up for my cousin and did what you have done and inserted card face up

It is silly the way TM have done the cam, its different from other receivers.
