Scan 16 East

Hi,
Running Vix pli,
I can not scan 16 east, its not in any sat listings.
Tried manually, also not there.
Any reason?
Can anybody suggest a way to scan this satelite please.

place a new satellites.xml file onto the box then do a scan.

Hi,
Done all this, new sat file in place.
When i go into manual scan, and then multi sat, 16 east is still missing.
What am i doing wrong?
