Deep Standy - still send/receive ECM?

Hi - does the duo still send and receive ECM requests if it's in Deep Standy?
I see the Light on my router stays on when it's in Deep Standby?

Not as far as I know only in standby.

By the way thanks were a mistake, hit wrong button on HTC.
