Is it possible to add two different bouquet settings to create a favourite channel list?

If so, how do I do this?

you can merge several using dreambox edit to create the set you want

How do I merge them? I copy and paste from one bouquet settings to another.

Open two instances of DBE and as you say just copy and paste into one.
