VIX 2.0 A/V Settings

I know this is mostly down to personal taste, but here goes...I was wondering how other VIX 2.0 users had their A/V Settings configured especialy the "Display 4:3 content as"....I'm not quite sure what this should be set as....And not sure what option is best ?

i usually just chane both settings to just scale and ac3 downmix to yes

mine is set up the same as yours lammy ... except i have mode set as 1080i
