vu+ duo standby problem??

Hi im using Dream elite image.. I've set my stb to auto update the EPG at 4.30pm which works ok...and hdd to standby after 10min
so when i put the box to standby at night alls ok... in the morning the stb is in displaying hiphop channel
hdd is spinning so whats turning the system back on :confused:

Which UK epg have you enabled? I reckon you enabled the UK opentv option.

Thanks sic.... if i enable a different provider will it automatically overwrite the existing information..
and do i need to reboot for it to take effect
and what difference does each uk provider make

Update this http://www.vuplus-support.co.uk/showthread.php?542-Latest-Deliteepgproviders.cfg-EPG-providers-in-EPG-panel-of-Dream-Elite-images Reboot. Then disable all providers, reboot. Then enable satmate_UK and reboot. Let us know if you still have the issue.

update.. Open tv was enabled so i disabled it
I followed you advice sic but in standby still the same (hip hop)
In deep standby seems ok

I had the hip hop radio station come up once when I was actually watching a tv channel.
I double checked, and defo no Open TV enabled.
I'm on PLi again now so problem should be solved :)

VU+ is still starting up at about 11pm and going to hip hop channel wth dream elite
Open TV is still disabled
havent had time to try the new dream elite image
anyone have the same problem or is it fixed in the new release

Update good news ... installed 1.3.3F
now no more wake ups and hiphops
so im happy now and hiphop free
