Hi twol Please find the debug logs as requested 65717
How did you update the image, via software update or online flash?
Either way you need to flash the receiver with latest software
I completed a software update
Plan to upgrade again reinstalling 6.4.007

You need to flash as that image is corrupted, hence no ViX plugin

so you have both slots loaded with OpenViX, one is 6.4.4 and the other 6.4.7 correct??
Hi twol
yes but not sure how to load the dual boot to replace the 6.4.007 or where to get the software from.
Am l right sugesting the network mutiboot image ?

you still have 2 multiboot slots ....... so if you have now installed 6.4.007 and boot to it, you should be able to resore settings and finish the initialisation.
After that you should be able to use teh ViX plugin to flash another image into slot 1 or 2.
If by the dual boot, you mean the DefineOS image (?), then you would have to download from the network, but not sure why you would want this factory (Octagon) image.
hi twol
Thank you for your help. I booted the box from the 6.4.004 and upgraded the box to 6.4.7 but l have the same problem as l origionally upgraded the box no Vix menus which you indicated was corrupt? is the curruption coming from the upgrade download?

You used software update?
So if you have 6.4.4 installed and working with the ViX plugin....
Blue button, select VIX
Run Backup settings.
Then choose ImageManager , go to downloads and download latest, then flash to slot 2 --- on reboot restore settings
Hi twol
I have 6.4.004 working now but when looking at the multiboot selector l only have the recovery and the slot 1 6.4.4 current
I seem to have lost the 2 slots that l had previously

If slot doesn,t show in multiboot selector it means there is no E2 image recognised in that slot.
If you go to imagemanager and try flashing, it will bring up all the slots available…….you should then see both slots 1 & 2
hi twol
Many thanks there are 4 slots as you indicated
