AMIKO VIPER 4K V40 COMBO - Tuner Spec

Does anyone know or had experience of these on Intelsat 901 27.5w? Specifically are they able to tune the high symbol rate and FEC of 44100 and 9/10 respectively of TP74.

The tuner spec on their flier misses these details.
