Box: VU+ Solo SE V2 connected to 6TB Hard drive.
Filsystem on hard drive: Ext4

PVR mode:
When pressing red button on remote to delete video file, it looks like the video file is deleted from sub-directory. The line with file name dissapears from listing. The file is NOT moved from sub-directory to .Trash but is still present in sub-directory. Going one level up in directory tree and then back shows the file in listing again. Checking using Samba from external client confirms that nothing happens with the file when pressing red button.

Reverting to 6.3.001 works as expected.

Version 6.3.002 had other problems with PVR that was solved in 6.003.

Greetings to all from Sweden.

Might you have used a non vix item as i did a while ago while i used ATV for a short while and instead of seeing a list of recordings and dates i got a folder with episodes inside and i think i had to delete each one it turn to empty the trash and then the folder.

Hello again.

Thanks for your concern.

It looks like I was barking up the wrong tree a bit. :o

After another flashing of 6.3.003 the box is behaving as expected, moving files to .Trash when red button is pressed.

Something must have gone wrong at the first flashing.

Best regards to the deveopment team. Your work is very much appreciated.

When you get unexpected behaviour putting the box into deep standby and then turning off at then mains supply for a few minutes (to let all internal power supply voltages to discharge) before turning it back on gives the box a clean cold boot. Over the past 8 years I've had to do this a few times after an update to restore sanity.
