I have been running OpenVix for a couple years now.
I have both satellite and terrestrial(Irish) channels.
I have the custom xml file so as to merge these 2 separate groups of channels.
There have been some changes to Irish channels so I need to update this file.(I either used someone elses copy or forgot how i did it originally)
A sample line from the file would be:
<insert provider="terrestrial_ie_saorview_PSB1" source="4" target="4"></insert> <!-- TG4 -->
What is the location of the file which would contain the 'source' listings? So as I can find the new source channel number and update the custom xml file?
I have looked at 'terrestrial_ie_saorview_PSB1.xml' in :/usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/SystemPlugins/AutoBouquetsMaker/providers but that does not contain channels.
Is the source number(i.e. 4 in example above) ephemeral or is it persisted to file somewhere?
Source is the official channel number. I just Google the TV guide

An example file is created/updated by ABM on every run. There is an ABM folder in /etc/enigma2 Look in the custom folder.

Super.
I have run into another issue.
I had both Irish (terrestrial) and UK(sky uk satellite) channels in the same list. I can not remember if I manually edited these using a channel editor or if the AutoBouquetManager handled it.
I have 2 boxes(box2, which is an image restore of another box(box1)
box1 has since been updated and is the main box I use to check updates/config changes etc.
box2 is untouched . This is the channel list on box2:
64610
My issue is after setting up the custommix file on box1 (/usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/SystemPlugins/AutoBouquetsMaker/custom/sat_282_sky_uk_CustomMix.xml) which contains:
<custommix>
<inserts>
<!-- Adds Irish saorview channels not available on sky -->
<insert provider="terrestrial_ie_saorview_PSB1" source="1" target="1"></insert> <!-- RTE One -->
<insert provider="terrestrial_ie_saorview_PSB1" source="2" target="2"></insert> <!-- RTE2 -->
<insert provider="terrestrial_ie_saorview_PSB1" source="4" target="3"></insert> <!-- TG4 -->
<insert provider="terrestrial_ie_saorview_PSB1" source="3" target="4"></insert> <!-- Virgin Media 1 -->
<insert provider="terrestrial_ie_saorview_PSB1" source="5" target="5"></insert> <!-- Virgin Media 2 -->
<insert provider="terrestrial_ie_saorview_PSB1" source="6" target="6"></insert> <!-- Virgin Media 3 -->
<insert provider="terrestrial_ie_saorview_PSB1" source="7" target="7"></insert> <!-- Virgin Media 4 -->
<insert provider="terrestrial_ie_saorview_PSB1" source="11" target="8"></insert> <!-- RT One +1 -->
<insert provider="terrestrial_ie_saorview_PSB1" source="12" target="9"></insert> <!-- RT 2 +1 -->
<insert provider="terrestrial_ie_saorview_PSB1" source="17" target="10"></insert> <!-- RTE Junior -->
<insert provider="terrestrial_ie_saorview_PSB1" source="21" target="11"></insert> <!-- RT News Now -->
<insert provider="terrestrial_ie_saorview_PSB1" source="22" target="12"></insert> <!-- Tithe an Oireachtais -->
</inserts>
<sections>
<!-- Adds Irish channels bouquet -->
<section number="1">Irish Channels</section>
</sections>
</custommix>
This is the settings on box1 for AutoBouquetManager:
64611
I've tried various combinations of changing the Provider settings for both Saorview (Irish terrestrial) & Sky UK.
However, no combination has given me the merged list.
Any suggestions?

K, I eventually got it.
Provider order is now set to saorview first, then sky second.
Keep bouquets includes ''All channels (TV)' and 'BSkyB (TV)'.
When I click into Favourites in channel list and select 'All channels', all sections appear and the numbering is correct.
Phew!
You have Saorview disabled in providers.
Leave Sky as it is... Update Saorview... Rescan..
Soarview: enabled
Region: select yours
FTA only: no
Main bouquet: no
HD bouquet: no
FTA HD bouquet: no
