Oscam compile for AX HS61

I am wanting to recompile OSCAM for my AX HD61, I need to make a small tweak to code

I have downloaded on my Ubuntu image, run make..
But it didn't make a ipk file, and I am not sure if I needed to do some type of cross build

Does anyone have any instructions?
