I think all of the 5.4 images and feeds have gone now.

I know they were not supporting older boxes but no way am i going to ATV.
I need to reflash because NFS has a bug and to contact WOS lol .
Some boxes wont access it via Samba and used NFS.

Maybe someone has a copy of the last image saved?

Only problem if NFS or samba needs installing feeds won't work

Are they not built into the image as never had to download either and just enabled them and rebooted box.

If you need images for unsupported hardware just build them yourself. It is not difficult and there are instructions in the enigma repo.

What are they, and why would refreshing help?

Every now and again i need to reflash a fresh image to fix issues that crop up.

So you used to download the image, flash it, an then delete the image you've just downloaded?

I am sure i had it on external hdd and had backups but cannot find them. I flashed with ATV via usb and went downhill from there as lost my images on hdd.
Laptop is old and slow and deleted many things including downloaded files to keep it running.
I never imagined OpenVix deleting Image files and missed that one as many users might have to try other Images and have stuck with them for 12 years +
Must be due to storage and not many users having old boxes. They work as needed for me and used to setting them up.
I wont / cannot buy anymore boxes and have to stick what i have got. Cheers

Openvix does not delete anything from the hard drive unless you initialised it yourself.

I have never initialised or formatted a drive with files as my Openvix recordings and backups were stored there.

I flashed ATV with a later image via usb and lost sight of my OpenVix images unless it moved it somewhere i not checked?

I can see Image backup folder is empty as well as other folders.

Must be due to storage and not many users having old boxes. We build images for over 60 boxes. Modern images are not small (well over 100MB) plus about 2.5GB of feeds per box. We just don't have the server space to support these old boxes that almost no one is currently using.

Anyone who is not happy with this can build their own.

Yes i had noticed as the years went by the size of images grew bit by bit and now understand its a space thing to have images stored.

Was there a post saying older boxes now not catered for as i might have missed it and may alert other users for their box and to save images.

Cheers for revealing the bad news but things change over time i can see.

Receivers not supported in 6.2

Due to limited resources some end of life models will not be built in version 6.2. If you want to use OpenViX with these receivers please build version 6.2 yourself. There are instructions in our enigma2 repo and we are happy to support you with this on the forum. The following is a list of the receivers supported in previous versions of OpenViX, but not supported in version 6.2

Cheers must have forgotten about it and understood many thanks @Huevos and others for supporting boxes as long as they did.
