Hi, I've set my custom bouquet in ABM to this:

<insert target="009" source="845" provider="sat_282_sky_uk"></insert> <!-- BBC Three HD -->

845 is the number listed in my example file yet the channel still won't show. Can you please let me know how to get it working.

BBC 3 is a part time channel - does it show after 7pm?

Why are you using leading zeros?

That's not the issue. The issue is that the channel won't show in my Bouquet.

Why are you using leading zeros?

I was always told to do that in the past.

Does the channel show at 845 in you current bouquets?

Please post the complete xml file.

If you also attach your debug log that includes your ABM run, that avoids a lot of questions and gets help you need a lot quicker.

64072:thumbsup: Which is why I asked if 845 is missing from the bouquet. i.e if not there can't be moved. Did you try Humber HD? :D

Thanks. Not sure what happened but I uploaded my custom mix file again and it seems to be working.

SD or HD?

My BBC Three HD is on 10847 MHz Vert and BBC Three SD is on 10817 (10818) MHz Vert

LCN = 845 = BBC three SD

LCN = 173 = BBC three HD

"Humber HD" which is what the OP's debug log says he is using...

LCN = 845 = BBC three SD

LCN = 173 = BBC three HD

That's right for London area.

AFAIK in other areas 117 is used instead of 173.
