Can't update online

I haven't attended to my box for a few weeks.
When I try to check for updates i get this.

Is it just time for an upgrade from USB, or is there another issue.

which release are you using on the sf8008?

You have to upgrade to ver 6.
Blue button, ViX, Backup Manager (backup settings), ImageManager/download latest ViX image(yellow button) then flash this image(Blue button) choosing a new slot as the sf8008 is a multiboot receiver
