Hi

I have been running my box sucessfully on release openvix 5.4.016 but following the upgrade to 6.1.004 the box crashes and looking to reolve the issue.

I have configured using OSCam r11704 EMU
I have included the dedug logs copied from the box6383063831 and would welcome some guidance.

The H9S is an excellent little box, but somewhat short of flash memory,... which is why I guess you are using a swap.
However, with python3, the number of bouquets you have and other add-ons, it is possible that the problem is caused by a memory issue.
What I would suggest is that you move the image root to a sd card (see https://www.world-of-satellite.com/showthread.php?61010-New-feature-for-Zgemma-H9-from-release-build-5-2-029-Move-image-from-NAND-to-SD-card-amp-enjoy-larger-flash-size )
The memory size is then basically as large as the sdcard, and you no longer need a swap file and even with Kodi etc can run like an express train

Once the root is moved to the sdcard, you can backup your settings as usual with Backup Manager, and Online flash with ImageManager (it will update the root on the sdcard) to move to a new image version

Hi twol

I viewed the settings and since I changed the Oscam manager setting for frozen check and changed it to Off the problems encountered has disappeared.

You can also change to using softcamscript (menu/softcam script) rather than SoftcamManager. If you do that, make sure you turn off/disable everything in softcam manager. I use the softcam manager because (for me) it initialises faster.
