Still crashing the vu box

Done every thing u told me to do use /lib/enigma2/python/screen add the file it is still crashing thr vu box what am I doing rong

You have started a second thread for the same fault, go back to first thread and post and maybe someone will delete this one. When you do post can you say what box and image versions, go menu, information and did you make a backup recently, you could revert back to that.

I have a vu ultimo 4k box I use the latest vix image thank u
