Very sorry for my total ignorance on this subject but I am not at all familiar with this technology. I have a Vu-Plus Solo 4K running OpenVix firmware which I have been using with my motorised dish to receive sat channels. I also have a nvidea shield streamer device on which I run my iptv subscription (xstream codes) on iptvsmarters Pro. I wondered if I could install a similar player to iptvsmarters on my Solo and use it for my iptv streaming subscription? This way may be able to record programmes onto the inbuild Hrad Drive in my Solo, which is very hard to do recording with a shield. Again, sorry for my ignorance. Hope someone can advise. Cheers.
