USB DVB-T Tuner MyGica Geniatech T230 does not tune

Hello everybody,

i downloaded the driver for the above mentioned tuner and also activated it on the image
BUT
there is not even one channel tuning. (i even made a new channel search, but no channel found)

I encountered this problem as well on the openblackhole 5.0 image but not on version 4.4. I posted the problem in openblackhole forum and they told me to post the problem here if openvix has the same problem.
Now my question : Does anybody know why the tuner is not tuning ?

What i would ask is the tuner now seen on the box yes?

You have a roof aerial plugged into tuner or if near to a mast an indoor one would do.

You have to select your location from either a drop down or side selection location

Where are you located as not choosing correctly might not get you any.

Not located in a valley to block your signal.

the tuner worked on openblackhole 4.4 without any problem and doesn't work on 5.0.
i can see it in tuner management and select cable or dvb-t.

Do you have the same issue with other images from from branch 5.0 of the Open Embedded Alliance? Example is OpenATV 7.0

i tried with openvix, last version.
same problem, tuner recognized but no picture and no tuning.

i confirm that the tuner does not tune or find a channel on openatv 7.0.
i downloaded the driver, the stick is recognized.
