Gigablue Box gone dead

Please I need your expert help. My Gigablue box is not showing any Television channel when I turn it on today. The power is on and the indicator is on permanent grren.

That is a software problem and can be fixed. How confident are you ate FTP and using Telnet client such as Putty?


Using Putty, stop the boot loop by issuing this command:
init 4


Using FTP, navigate to /usr/share/enigma2, then delete the Metrix skin

Using Putty, restart receiver issuing this command:
init 3
