Sundtek workaround for Gigablue 4K receivers

USB tuners do not work on Gigablue 4K receivers, they never get a lock/find channels. This is a Gigablue driver issue as all images do the same. There is a workaround for sundtek tuners posted on the sundtek support site which says its only available on their chat support. But you can't see older messages. Has anybody got the workaround please?

Is this similar to issues I had on vu+ using ABM with turning Hardware PID Filter off?

I don't know.

There was a thread where someone tracked down the driver change that stopped USB tuners from finding or tuning into existing services on a USB tuner.
