Vix 2.0 won't load

I am trying to load the new vix 2.0 from my old vix 1.3. after reload the image when i reboot the box it just stop on reloading. What am i doing wrong

forgot to say, load the official image then reload vix 2.0 still no joy

I take it you are using a usb stick??

I would reformat the usb stick, and download a new copy of VIX 2.0

copy over the image to the reformatted usb stick

( there should be a single folder called "vix-2.0-vuduo_usb" and within that folder another folder called "vu plus" )

shutdown your unit, remove any other usb sticks from the unit

using the front usb port on your unit, plugin your image usb stick, restart the unit

wait for a message, remove usb stick, and restart your VU

make sure the folder vu plus is directly on the root directory of the usb stick

thanks, that what have been doing all night, but forgot to unplug external HDD. now it's all up and running
