No snr

Been using catseye settings on my vu+duo but recently I can no longer open sky italia HD programmes I am using the latest settings from the 13/2/11 getting zero snr anyone any ideas ?

Yes i had the same problem you need to run a scan of 13e then they will work

thanks for the quick reply, never run a scan on the duo always just used catseye since i purchased it from the site sponser last month, will give it a try.
