Flashing by usb

I have just purchased my new uno 4k SE and am trying to flash openvix image onto it. I have extracted the zip file and put vuplus folder at root of the usb. turned on receiver but it does not ask me to press power button on front screen. Am I doing something wrong? Have tried a few different usb sticks

If it still doesn't work try formatting your USB stick with BootIce (https://www.willobuild.net/files/Utilities/Preparing%20Flash%20Drives.zip) first.

Cheers pal thats done it. Formatting in windows didn't work
