Cool TV Guide.

Press EPG on remote and get, cool tv guide plugin is not installed please install it, cant find it in plugins how do i install it.Using VIX 2.0 image.

what image are you using??

VIX 2.0 image.

vixepg is loaded into that image, which is a variant of coolmans epg

its best used with a usb stick mounted at the back of your unit

I at the moment, do not have the VIX 2.0 image loaded,

but if memory serves me right, its in....

menu / setup / vix control panel

select rytec, tick the providers you are interested in, select manuel update, and after a few minutes, the listings will have downloaded

but really, as said, you need to store the info on a usb stick, or 2nd chioce, your hard drive

Selected menu/setup/vix control panel/selected rytec and clicked on manual and get, no active epg sources found nothing to do,can somebody tell me where i am going wrong.

I'm guessing you need to press the sources button and select some downloads. Then go back and click manual. THe sources you selected should download.

Ok selected sky uk, now do i have to wait until the next inport at set time.

yeh or you can do a manual import yourself by clicking on Yellow Manual button. it might says 0 but it should still import it

Done a manual import but still says no active epg.

if you click on menu, setup, vix, vix settings, what do have for EPG Button Mode? mine is "Show ViX EPG"
