DVB subtitles does not work, just like with open atv image.

On which satellite and channels? Do you have debug logs? Just this receiver or all E2 receivers?

Openpli OK, teamblue OK easy to test on ZDF 19.2 ex. do not know about other receivers.

The subtitle key doesn‘t work on the GB4K, but you can program another key(s) for sub-title track selection and to toggle subtitles on/off.
Select Menu/Setup/User Interface/Button setup - press the key (e.g. long press red button) and select Infobar/Show subtitle selection or toggle default subtitles and hit OK button then SAVE.
That way you shoule be able to select the subtitles

Yes I know about this unfortunately there are several channels with only DVB subtitles.

This now works on images built from last night- updated Giga4K drivers plus changes in AudioSelection

Not built yet ……OpenViX is just changing to python3 builds so will be a few days or so before there is a new image - openatv have nightly builds so should have built last night an image

Not all good news, it's looks like the Giga4K driver updates have been reverted.

Sorry, don't follow how "Revert [gigablue] 7252 update drivers, fix Subtitle", is still OK, when it's the only reference (apart from the original commit) to subtitles.

There are 2 reverts taking us back before the fix bitrateviewer “fix“ - I will run another build tomorrow to check, just missed it this morning

So the double revert fixed the sub title issue, although obviously not a complete solution to other issues.
