Zgemma 9S_SE softcam

I have just purchased the Zgemma H9s_se which is very similar to the H9s which l also have however when loading OSCam r11696 from the dowload plugin it crashes
When viewing the configuration it does not appear to load the default files /etc/tuxbox/config

Has anyone experienced similar issues
