movie play not working

When i try to play my recorded movies the movie player will not play the film.

If I re flash with the latest Vix, will I loose all my other setting ?

When you flash using Image Manager, default is to create a settings backup (You can also create a settings backup manually). After you flash a Vix image, you will be asked to restore the settings that were backed up.

If you get same problems after restoration, flash again, but do not restore settings afterwards.

Could i ask if relevant do you press the file list button on remote and select your program which shows your program and how long it was recorded in.
