Put a new image on my vu duo took the sat lead out of my vu-zero which is working perfectly fine and plugged it into the vu duo coming up with tuner disabled on both A & B so I know it's not the LMB or a faulty cable ? Anyone any thoughts on this please

Daft question, but have you tried enabling the tuner(s) ??

You go to tuner configuration and change it. Menu > Setup > Tuners and scanning

If you are using autodiseqc to detect the satellites, and it is failing, it may be that the PSU is failing

Are you manually selecting the satellite or using " Automatic"
