Connecting with FTP

Hi,
Just take delivery of a new SF8008.

I've installed OSCAM and now I'm trying to connect to add my config file.

Both Filezilla and Dreamboxedit are failing to connect.

Can anyone let me have the correct login credentials ie username, password and port?

I'm running Openvix 5.4.013
