Stuck at Openvix 5.4 on Gigablue

Hi

Followed instructions on the tv and managed to get all the channels with no picture. Then I moved to Satellite receiver and changed it to advanced added unicable/Jess but I got a correction on TV that sat tuner not connecting and it was not responding on scanning or on sat finder(set to 28.2). Turned It off at mains and now stuck at Openvix 5.4 W*****.
It has a little picture appearing for 3 seconds in corner of screen.

What have I done wrong:confused::confused:

Should never turn the box off at the mains without shutting it down properly.
Most likely you will need to usb flash the receiver again.

Please remind me how to use the Usb to flash the receiver.
