Options wget in the middle of the website on Chrome.

I have an issue using chrome showing the options wget in the middle of the website on every page. I'm sure this is supposed to be at the bottom of the page. See attached screen shot

This only seems to be happening on chrome on my laptop. Other browsers seems to be ok.

Assuming you've tried restarting Windows perhaps try clearing Google chrome's cache?

I've tried restarting. I'll clear cache next time I go on the laptop.

Just tested here, can't replicate the issue.
