Searching for channels Fransat.

Hello.
I have an OCTAGON SF8008 4K UHD TWIN DVB-S2X tuner.
The problem concerns the Eutelsat 5 West satellite.
Well, I receive RAI channels correctly, but I cannot watch French (not scrambled) channels. You have to enter the parameters manually or should the receiver itself deal with the settings?

I have only just found your post. I have the same problem as you i can receive the multistream RAI channels on Eutelsat 5B but can’t receive the french channels. I can get the Fransat channels using a fransat pcmcia card and pc6 card though. I read that the power output may be lower for the multistream versions as they are intended for terrestrial distribution, so maybe a larger dish might help?
