hi just trying to set my box up first time for 3 yrs and unable to access the box through putty i have put a password on the box as to the sticky by abu also rebooted the box but no access, any suggestions thanks

Did you use the GUI or putty to set the password? A few people have had an issue with the GUI.

hi thanks for the reply i did it by menu setup network password I used to breeze through it but just cant remember all
