Hello ,
I have this weird problem with telekom sport 1hd channel on Hellas sat 39 , the image appears cropped from the sides , other channels are perfectly fit with the wide screen. I left a screenshot below

Check that overscan is switched off on your TV.
(The setting is called "just scan" on LG TVs and it is reversed so it must be on)
