Is it just me or has the Duo 4K SE just jumped in price by £10?

I'm sure it was £349 about a week ago.

Is this a price increase across the board (over the internet) or a seasonal thing on WoS's website?

You are better off contacting WOS directly if you want an answer - no-one here works for them. Prices of products do change all the time in the real world especially when currency variations are involved. And manufacturers are known to change theirs too.
