Currently have 2 problems, when we first switch on to the HDMI with the Solo2 attached we get the error message Service Unavailable, check tuner configuration, we then press 1 which takes us to BBC One Yorks, we then have an EPG & can change channels, so first question is why are we getting the error message.
Second problem is although we have BBC Yorks, we have ITV Tyne Tees rather than ITV Yorkshire, presumably this is a configuration somewhere, I know on other Freesat boxes you provide the first part of the postcode. Am I missing something, all was working fine up until a couple of weeks ago when we had multiple power cuts & I had to switch off/on the box.
Sorry although having this box multiple years I tend not to play with it, it works so I leave it alone, which means I'm very rusty at getting things to work if they fail
