Please be aware that the GTV may require two software updates.

1) Go through the initial setup wizard when and online update. Do not start setting thing up until you've updated as the first online update may factory reset your device.
2) Complete the setup wizard a second and check for online updates again. The second update shouldn't factory reset the device and you'll now be able to setup as you please.
