Can you still watch ITV 3 HD on VU+ box with Sky Card without Sky subscription?

I have a Sky multiroom subscription at the moment on a card that I use in my Vu+ box to watch IT3 HD. If I cancelled the multiroom subscription on that card then could I still watch ITV 3 HD on my Vu+ box? What about ComedyCentral HD?

As I understand it a Sky card reverts to a Freesat from Sky card if you stop paying the subscription.
So the answer is no.
