RCSC problem

Hi everyone,
I have a problem with remote channel stream converter.
Hope someone can help please.
I have installed it on a Duo 1.
I download the channels from another receiver no problem.
When I look at the list, they are feint so can't be selected.

Might they be on a sat your box cannot access.
What box tuners are on use from the other source and is it the same on the Duo.

I have solved it now.
I installed OpenPli and it works ok on that.
