From the Manual:
Factory Reset
Press and hold [TV] + [0] button simultaneously for more than 5 seconds.
LED will blink in the following order of [STB] -> [TV] -> [DVD] -> [AUX] 3 times and turn off
[This will reset the remot eto factry default for ppl that need to remove codes for there TV DVD AUX]
