Just found this great forum,
Have a 1.2Mtr motorised Channelmaster system.
Have been into the sat scene for a long time but been away for too long:(
Have various Dreamboxes but looking to upgrade to a Vu+ receiver or equivalent but Vu looks best:eek:

Don’t be fooled into thinking the Vu+ receivers are the best. I personally think they have stood still while other manufactures have advanced.

New here but long time lurker. Using 90cm dish with Technomate motor and Vu+ solo 2 running Open Vix.

Welcome m8 i used to have a 1.2Mtr Channelmaster on polar mount with super jack. one of the bolts was lose but still had a signal except at 30°W on a windy night.(one of those jobs you think i must sort that)I live on the west coast and It sounded like it was trying
to pull Gable end down on a windy night.My Mrs was happy the day i took it down. I still trip over the polar mount most days
