No European channels on Hotbird 13E

I recently tuned my satellite dish from Eutelsat 5W to Hotbird 13E.
I did a new tuning of the channels with my Octagon SF8008, I don't receive any European channels, I am looking for the Italian channels.
Currently I only receive some channels (Persian and Arabic) from the numbering 1621, in total about 122.
To check the correct functioning of the satellite dish I installed an old Philips goldbox, and I received in the list all the Italian channels.
I believe there is a problem in tuning the channels on my octagon.
I did a blind scan as well, but the result is always the same...

This looks rather odd. At least the following Swiss TV station is FTA. SRF info HD

Symbol rate 297090 FEC 2/3
Inversion, Pilot & Roll Auto - Auto - 0.35

Make a manual search and you should find it.
