Plugins Warning

Hi All

Please can someone tell me what this warning information means, when I pressed on
1. System Menu
2. Plugins then this information appears on my TV Screen Warning (some plugins are not available: Extensions/PluginsPanel (cannot import name eTPM)

An installed plugin does not work and is not available. Ignore warning or uninstall the plugin.
