I am installing the software on my new octagon sf8008 twin device.
I can not introduce the external hdd I have trouble.
how can i fix this error

If your external usb HDD is just connected via the usb port, that will most likely be your problem. The HDD will need to be connected via usb to your SF8008 and the HDD needs to be connected to the mains via DC/Plug etc.

2.5" HDD normally work fine without issue powered by the USB port.
